"Archive Utility" is a compact and user-friendly application designed to create .zip files and decompress a wide variety of archive formats on iOS devices. It supports extracting common formats such as Zip, RAR, 7-zip, CAB, Tar, Gzip, and Bzip2, as well as older formats including StuffIt, Cpio, LZH, ARJ, ARC, DiskDoubler, and LBR. Additionally, it can handle less common formats like ISO, BIN, MDF, NRG, and CDI, Windows self-extracting EXE files, extract media from Flash SWF files, and images from PDF files. • How to create a ZIP file?
• 1. Use the powerful Browser view to select the file(s) and folder(s) you wish to compress.
  2. Tap the Archive button to create a ZIP file alongside the original items.
• How to expand/unarchive/uncompress/extract an archive file?
• 1. Navigate to the archive file you want to decompress in the Browser view.
  2. Tap on it to extract the contents. Decompressed files or folders are saved in the same location as the original archive file.

Utilize "Copy to Archive Utility" to open archive files received as email attachments or downloaded from the web. You can also add files from your computer to the app's Documents folder through iTunes file sharing. Furthermore, it enables you to preview files and archives that are supported by iOS.

Document Management

"Archive Utility" is built around a Document Browser view that enables easy access to files regardless of their location—whether on your device or in the cloud. It provides seamless integration with iCloud Drive and third-party cloud storage services like Dropbox and Box within the app.

• Share files using the Share button or through drag-and-drop functionality.
• You can perform actions such as moving, deleting, duplicating, and renaming documents and folders.
• Easily select files with drag-and-drop functionality to organize them into folders.
• Retain tags and favored items from the Files app while allowing new creations and modifications within the app.
